Vedacure Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Vedacure webstore (“Platform”) and all purchases made therein. By accessing or using the Platform, you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General

1.1 The Platform is owned and operated by Vedacure. 1.2 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Vedacure and the Customer. 1.3 Vedacure reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform shall constitute acceptance of such amendments.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Customers must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. 2.2 By placing an order, the Customer represents and warrants compliance with applicable laws.

3. Orders

3.1 All orders placed on the Platform are subject to acceptance by Vedacure. 3.2 Vedacure reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. 3.3 The Customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of order details prior to submission.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Prices displayed on the Platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. 4.2 Payment must be made through authorized payment gateways integrated with the Platform. 4.3 Vedacure shall not be liable for any payment failures attributable to third‑party payment providers.

5. Delivery

5.1 Products shall be delivered to the address specified by the Customer at the time of order. 5.2 Delivery timelines are indicative and subject to logistical constraints. Vedacure shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control. 5.3 Risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Returns and refunds shall be governed strictly by the Vedacure Returns & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. 6.2 Customers are advised to review the Returns & Refund Policy prior to purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Platform are the exclusive property of Vedacure or its licensors. 7.2 Customers shall not reproduce, distribute, or exploit such content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Vedacure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the Platform or purchase of products. 8.2 Vedacure’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the product purchased.

9. Indemnity

9.1 The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Vedacure, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of misuse of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. 10.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, India.
